I'm currently a college student in south Florida. Baking has always been my passion, but more in my recent years. I cook as well, always with garlic and olive oil. Beef is my favorite form of protein. I love chocolate, but for some reason I don't really care much for white chocolate. Dove Dark Chocolate is my absolute favorite. I like to make my Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and Chocolate whipped cream frostine. Divine! I also love to make homemade ice cream. I like to make my mom's tender, fall of the bone ribs and, of course, mashed potatoes. Um...we don't really have cooking traditions. Just being with family, I guess (sometimes!). Making the best chocolate ice cream I've ever tasted. So rich and indulgent, not to sweet. Also, making caramel for the first time and it coming out actually taste like caramel. I tried to make ribs in a dark pan covered in aluminum foil and was just totally ruined. Tough texture, not even fully cooked and just disaster. Also, I once tried to make a cake recipe three times in one night, and all three times it came out like thick pancakes. I didn't realize it was because I was using margarine from the tub.
