Sweet and Spicy Stir Fry with Chicken and Broccoli

Very good! With just enough spice. I omitted the chili paste and used just a dash of chili powder. I also tripled the sauce. I used it over rice and was very pleased with the meal. Thanks Amanda for sharing.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

This rating needs 10 stars....It was really that good. After cutting the recipe back to feed only 4, the only thing different that I did was to use one whole egg and add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce as others have suggested. I can't wait to have them again! The title says it all: actually delicious!

Oven Pot Roast

Five stars for the wonderful aromas coming from my kitchen! I haven't tried it yet, but something that smells this good can't be bad! Can't wait for supper! Edited to add: OMG - there was nothing left after dinner....most excellent! I served with mashed garlic potatoes - this gravy is awesome!

I loved this! My husband not so much - he said it was too bland and suggested the next time I prepare it that I add a partial can of chopped green chilies for a little zest.

Pork Fried Rice for Two

This is a very good recipe! I marinated the meat in combo of soy sauce, brown sugar and Chinese 5 spice. I had never used fennel or Chinese five spice before so I went with only the Chinese five spice, leaving the fennel to try another time. I also used white rice and increased the soy sauce (personal taste). Other than that I followed the directions as stated. It's been put into my monthly meal plan!

Famous Pork Chops

This was exceptional. I've not had the best of luck with pork chops in the past so this was a pleasant surprise. Even hubby had seconds.....and that never happens. Very tasty, very easy.

Holiday Ambrosia Salad

Yummy! This is the kind of dish you take to a party and hope no one likes it so that you can take it home and have it all to yourself! The next time I nwill increase the orzo to 12 oz uncooked. This is really good!

I'd have this every night if I could! I served it with Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken also found on this site. The next night I chopped the leftover chicken, added it and a little of the leftover sauce from the chicken into the rice - PERFECT!

Beef Burgundy Over Noodles

This was ok. But lacking in spices, just a little too bland for us. The meat turned out very tender however so I will try again, but next time will add more pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Broccoli Hamburger Casserole

I loved this! I used whole fresh mushrooms so that I could easily pick them out. I did add just a touch of dry mustard and a little Worcestershire sauce, but even without them, it was still good!

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This turned out very good, quick to make, and a nice variation for using that same old "pound of hamburg". I added about a 1/2 tsp of dry mustard. While I served it with baked potatos, I imagine it would be excellent with mashed potatoes as well because of the gravy. Thanks for sharing!
