Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

This pie was a show stopper at my Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone forgot all about everything else on the table when they tried this pie. Awesome!

I made these for a very good friend who is Portuguese. They turned out quite good but even after making 2 batches they were chewy on the bottom and hollow. I guess they aren't supposed to be that way? They still got gobbed up on Christmas though!

Fried Ice Cream

Pennsylvania Dutch Pickled Beets and Eggs

We've tried a lot of pickled egg recipes and this is by far the best. Even my daughter ate them - and she hates pickled anything! :o)

The Munroe Melt

This was a big hit with my family. My husband was really worried because he doesn't like mustard but it was a really great flavor. We've made it a few times now and I wouldn't change a thing!

Fluffy Pancakes

These are wonderful pancakes. They are light and fluffy and so easy to make. We added a cup of fresh blueberries and they were the best ever! I'm not a huge fan of pancakes but these are really awesome!
