Delicious recipe! My husband was a big fan! I didn't have garlic salt, so I used minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. I double dipped the pork chops in the egg and crackers mixture to make sure that they were well coated. I cut the amount of butter, and only placed a small pat of butter on top of each chop. I also sprayed the casserole dish with Pam cooking spray, to keep the chops from burning. I followed the advice of a few other reviewers and turned the pork chops over half- way through the cooking time. I used the last 3 to 5 minutes of cooking time to place the chops under a broiler. It made the cracker topping nice and crispy. Make sure to watch the chops closely while broiling, so that the topping does not burn.
