I have worked in a kitchen ever since I could peel onions for my Lebanese grandmother. We would cook for the priest and the men of our parish in our local church. After 28 years in the printing business, I followed my dream and bought a local deli. I own four cafes now and love it. I have a need to feed and folks have a need to eat. It is a marriage made in Heaven!
