Irish Chicken and Dumplings
I made this according to the recipe and it wasn't great. WAY too much water! If I make it again, I would put in only 1/3 the amount of water but would use broth. As others noted, it is very bland as written. I wound up putting in more chicken seasoning and a few dashes of curry and bouillion (since I had used water). I guess it's a starting point, but it needs quite a bit of work, so as is, definitely not more than a 3-star recipe.
