Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2012
Excellent!!!!! Perfect recipe! Only thing I did different was double "sauce" part and use Phillo Pastry sheets instead of pie crust.....flavor is fabulous! This was a hit with my family! Thank you! Thank you!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Awesome! Made for hubby and he sad "these are off the hook".. That means wonderful. I did marinate in EEVO, paprika, garlic powder and pepper for an hour prior to following the recipe. Fried in Crsco shortening. Wings were crispy outside and juicy inside!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
I fixed this recipe as listed except I put 4 frozen chicken breast in crock pot then added seasoning and butter. When I got home I shredded the chicken put in cream cheese and soup. Put on low while I boiled no yolk noodles. Stirred then served! It was awesome! Will make again and again!

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2010
I made this recipe as written except I didn't have two loaf pans, so I made it in a bundt cake pan and cooked for 1hr and 10 min. Turned out awesome! I have never made pumpkin bread because my brother always makes it for everyone we know....but this year I decided to try it! My husband and son both said it was better than his but not to tell him that!!

Mom's Good Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
EXCELLENT!! What a great and easy recipe! My son wanted homemade cinnamon rolls for his 5th birthday breakfast, so I decided I would not fake him out by serving Pillsbury ones...hahaha! I made this recipe with whole wheat flour (that is what I keep on hand) instead of white. I used 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of brown sugar and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon for the "filling". I let the dough rise for 4 hours the first time, because after 40 min, it had not risen where I thought it should be. I rolled out into a big square, sprinkled on filling then rolled up into a log, then cut into 15 slices. I put in 9 x 13 pyrex as 3 rolls of 5 and let rise for another 4 hours, then baked. They were light and fluffy and excellent! I will make these again for my 3 kids on weekends. Just takes time, but the smiles I get are worth it!
