Reviewed: May 25, 2011
This was great :) I under salted a bit but once added it tastes wonderful. I added boiled carrots into the sauce with the tomatoes too - will try cauliflower next time. Thanks for a great recipe

Chinese Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2010
Wow! These are amazing! I was pretty worried because they were awfully crumbly when I was try to roll into a log, but after sitting in the fridge it made them stick a bit more and they are just perfect. I will definitely make again. I also got 3-4 dozen out of these ingredients as listed.

Chicken in a Pot

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2010
This was wonderful. The only change I made was to double the sauce for 4 breast and it was plenty. I also left out the garlic and used seasoned bread crumbs. Will definitely add to our regular menu. It was easy too.

Chicken in Savory Lemon Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2010
This was fantastic! Didn't have parsley or peppers and it was still really good. Served with lemon cucumber rice is really good and makes a good replacement for the peppers.

Very good. Made it as written except for using strip steak and I added mushrooms in with the broccoli. It was wonderful and easy to prepare. Will definitely make again and again.

Takes some time to make the cream cheese filling, but it is pretty easy. Did cook the cookies a little longer they were pretty gooey in the center. Takes awesome!!! Am going to make again tonight!

Pork and Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
I used the thin slice chops and they were perfect. Also diced the potatoes small and they were good for the most part, a crunchy one here and there. We really like the flavor of this. It will become a staple in our house. So easy to make too, you can't beat it!

Broccoli Beef II

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
Loved it!!!! The marinade mixture needs to be doubled, and use less water, but it was great. Out two year old picked out all the mushrooms and meat and begged for more. This will be a regular.

Ukrainian Meat Filled Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
Really good. Might be good with rice added to the meat mixture too. I just mixed the broth and sour cream together after it came out of the oven and poured it back over the rolls instead of doing that part on the stove. Have made a couple of times, will become a winter staple in our house.

Tarragon Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
This was a fantastic recipe. Made it just like it was written. Tastes very similar to a traditional restaurant quality tarragon. Will definately make this again. Thanks for sharing!
