This recipe is awesome, my husband and I loved it!. I made the following modifications: For the vegetables I omitted the celery and instead used a can of yellow corn (drained) and added 2 small cubed peeled white potatoes. For the spices I increased the amount and used 1tsp salt (instead of 1/2) and 1 tsp pepper along with a generous sprinkling of chicken seasoning. Finally, like other reviewers for the liquid I increased the amount to 1c milk and 2.5c chicken broth (added 2 extra tbs flour to help thicken the extra liquid). I also cooked it for 40 minutes at 375 in a deep dish pan. Excellent recipe!
