Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2012
My whole family loves these! Even my picky 6 year-old. I always brown the chops in the pan, set them aside while I make the sauce (add an onion!), and then add them back in to bake with the apples and sauce. So easy and no need for the oven at all. Oh, and definitely double the sauce!

Fantastic cookies! I took them in to to work the next day and left them in the break-room. I actually had people go out of their way to come to my office and tell me how fantastic they were!

Pork Roast with Tangy Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
Yummy! This recipe was fantastic! The whole family loved it, including my picky 5 year old. I followed the recipe almost exactly. I couldn't find any apple jelly at my local grocery store, so I substitued apple butter. It was fantastic!!

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2010
This was very good. I didn't have any onion, so I left it out. And considering everyone else's reviews, I added a soup can full of milk to help the dryness. It worked perfectly and everyone really enjoyed it!

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
This was wonderful. Very light and fluffy, just like the name says. I added ham and only used 1/2 the box of frozen spinach and it was perfect. Next time I think I will also add mushrooms. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

Steak and Ale Pie with Mushrooms

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2010
This pie was fantastic! I used a big can of Guinness, added some carrots and about 1/4 cup of ketchup for a little extra flavor. I think the longer you stew the meat, the better. Mine simmered for at least an hour. Super yummy!!

Beef with Ramen Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2010
Great week-night recipe. Super easy and yummy! I added green peppers and snap peas just for fun, and also a little extra soy sauce and some Hoisin sauce at the end for extra flavor. I think I'll try it with chicken next!

Spanish Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2008
This dish is delicious, but I put in a lot of shortcuts. I cubed the chicken before I browned it, then I just simmered everything in the large saute pan. I omitted the picante sauce and olives and just served it with cheese sprinkled on top. My kids loved it!!!
