I was really looking forward to making this recipe, but I was disappointed in the results. The liquid smoke stunk up the entire house while it was cooking and the smell was overwhelming. The end product didn't have a ton of flavor, which was surprising. I had to add BBQ sauce to my sandwich, which I didn't originally plan on doing. I used 2 cups of water instead of 4, and it still seemed like too much. However, the pork was very easy to shred, and I'll probably make it again but add less liquid smoke and more spices.
