Stuffed Mexican Peppers
These stuffed peppers were AWESOME!!! I am a bartender and I cook for my customers every day. I was kind of nervous about serving these but they were a big hit! I didn't change a thing except that I made enough for 30 people. The recipe is perfect; I will definitely be making this again! YUM-YUM!!!!!!!!!
