Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

This was really good. This was our first try with cooking tuna steaks, and as a person who doesnt like any fish other than salmon, I really liked this!

I did not care for this recipe. I made it exactly as said and mine came out all soggy and wet. It was like a zucchini and corn bread slop. I even drained my zucchini after shredding it, so I dont know what went wrong. I wont be mking this again. Too bad because the idea was great.

A Number One Egg Bread

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this bread! I found the recipe a few weeks ago and Ive already made it about 6 times. I usually make it as is or sometimes I double the sugar. It always comes out PERFECT. PLEASE WATCH THE COOKING TIME! Ive never cooked it any longer than 30 minutes when making one big loaf. Ive been making 2 loafs from this recipe, and they only take about 25 minutes usually at the most. This bread is also very good the next day. I am so glad I found this recipe, its a keeper!

Blueberry Cookies

Really good! We probobly used twice the recomended amount of blueberries and they turned out great! I agree with some of the other reviewers that say this sort of like a cake cookie, but hey, thats awesome! Ive made these twice, and they never last longer than a day in our house. My 3 and 4 year olds love them.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

JUST LIKE THE RESTURANT!!! As suggested in other reviews, I used Kale instead of the spinach. I also had to use Johnsonville Italian sausage, and I will definitly use another brand next time. I misread the recipe and diddnt know that I was supposed to have gotten ground sausage, so I had to crumble by hand. I will also try to make a lighter version since this one has so much fat in it. Overall, this recipe was awesome!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

My husband LOVED LOVED LOVED this recipe! I thought it was good too, but I cant get over how much fat is in it. I guess its not supposed to be fat free or anything. Anyways, it was delicious!

Bagel Bread

It IS good bread, however, it tastes nothing like a bagel. I was very disapointed. Had this just been a recipe for white bread, I would have rated higher.
