I thought this was quite nice, but wish it had turned out a bit saucier ... maybe double the spices next time. But overall, tasty and full of potential!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
This was awesome!! I used turkey bacon instead for the meat and used a little more red pepper flakes, as I really like spicy food. Used creme fraiche instead of cream and it just turned out delicious; and the best part: it is quick!!!! I highly recommend this recipe.

What an delicious and EASY recipe this one! I went against the mass here and used less white chocolate on the topping, as I prefer it less sweet and it was still a success! I had requests for more!
