Addictive Pumpkin Muffins

I LOVE this recipe. It was a success at work and at home! I did make some changes: I used half whole wheat flour instead of all white flour, used only hald the sugar suggested and omitted the walnuts. I also added a tablespoon of flaxseeds and baked for 25 minutes. Absolutely delicious!!

What an delicious and EASY recipe this one! I went against the mass here and used less white chocolate on the topping, as I prefer it less sweet and it was still a success! I had requests for more!

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

This was awesome!! I used turkey bacon instead for the meat and used a little more red pepper flakes, as I really like spicy food. Used creme fraiche instead of cream and it just turned out delicious; and the best part: it is quick!!!! I highly recommend this recipe.

Coconut Bread

WOW! Delicious! I made a couple of modifications: Used 1 cup of coconut milk instead of regular milk, used 1 cup of coconut flakes and added almonds to the batter. Amazingly yummy!!

I omitted the olives since my husband doesn't like them, but this was a fantastic recipe! Delicious and quick! I also doubled the red pepper flakes, for a nice and spicy dish! Thanks for this great recipe!!

Chicken with Herb Sauce

This was delicious! I had to make some changes as I didn't have some of the ingredients available, so I used lemon juice, dry basil and thyme and added a splash of white wine. It turned out delicious!!

Homesteader Cornbread

I followed the other reviewer's advice and beat the mixture well for at least 5 minutes and this cornbread came out delicious! There's only 2 of us but it is so tasty we have devoured almost all of it in less than 24 hours! Thanks for this great recipe!!

Perfect Turkey

I used this recipe to roast my very first turkey and I am very glad I did! I used green onions instead of celery and 2 cups of white wine and I was pleasantly surprised with the results :-)
