I LOVED LOVED LOVED the taste of this recipe! I made it last night and tweaked the ingredients and recipe
1. I added brown rice like others had recommended
2. because my family has a spicier palate I decided to nix the bell peppers and add hot chili peppers,
3. I finely chopped the garlic and onions and mixed everything by hand
4. To make it healthier I added 2 egg whites instead of a whole egg as the recipe called for
5. I added wayy more bread crumbs
6. before I froze my batch I dipped each patty into an egg white then bread crumbs mixed with taco seasoning
