Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Seriously amazing soup! The only problem i had was it didn't turn out as thick as i wanted it, but the next time i made it i used half and half instead of milk for the aru and it turned out perfect!

This soup tasted better than what i would get at a restaurant. The only thing i changed was that i added a little less half and half than what it called for because i like my soup thick. Another thing i do to make soup thinker is add some instant mash potatoe flakes and it works wonders!

Chocolate Trifle

I made this desert for a family gathering and EVERYONE loved it! I did make a couple changes though. Instead of putting chocolate shavings on top i put crushed oreos and i also added some in between the layers, and instead of making one big thing, i bought miniature cups and made individual ones. They were gone within an hour and i had several requests to make them again!
