Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup
Excellent. I wasn't sure whether to use this recipe which used more chicken stock or another that used more milk and cream. Glad I chose this one. I did a few shortcuts...I cooked the bacon 1/2 way and then added the veggies as I got them chopped up (although the bacon I use is quite lean so no risk of too much fat). I also used a potato masher at the end rather then taking the time for food processor/mixer and extra clean up. Still had perfect consistency. Will make again. Thank you.
