Dinomite Fuzzy Bites

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2015
Simply Fabulous! I made them up because it's almost DFB day and I've got 2 growing kids. Crunchy and chewy at the same time, they're such a unique kitchen staple. And colon cleansing at the same time. Win!

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2014
This has become a staple in our house. I don't bother browning them, I just put them in the crockpot, mix up the other ingredients and pour it over them. First time I made it, I used a peppercorn tenderloin(the marinated ones are always on sale and add to the flavor) and it was yummy, but hot, a very sweet heat. So I started using other flavors like teriyaki and/or garlic herb, and cut the red pepper flakes in half- It's still sooo yummy. I make this at least 2x a month. Make with butter herb rice and then thicken some of the juice into a glaze, and YUM.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2011
Okay, had to give it 3 because I decided to follow the advice of everyone and use 3,2,1. I have no idea how I did it, but mine tastes and has the same consistency as peanut butter blossom dough, and is extremely soft. EXTREMELY soft. No eggs or flour required. It's so similar, I'm almost tempted(almost, I know better) to bake a piece and see what happens :/ lol. I don't know if I overboiled or underboiled but it passed the soft ball stage test and stayed that way. It holds it's shape, but barely.

Hot Fudge Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2011
Wow. I had everything but the butter on hand, so went out and bought a pound of unsalted. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this. Should go great as "pizza" sauce" on the giant cookie pizza I'm making my husband for father's day.

Foolproof Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
So easy! I used Jeanette's idea and did mint w/ white chocolate chips & green food coloring and put another batch made with dark chocolate chps on top, it looked like a well-known brand of mint. I'm going to make it again tonight and roll into little balls, then coat w/ dark chocolate for after dinner mints/treats on thanksgiving. Yumm!

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
Decent base, but DO get creative, and DO boil them first. I boiled mine in salt water for about 20 minutes, then allowed to air dry overnight. Didn't use any butter, but just olive oil and garlic salt. Lined the pan w/ foil for easy cleanup, then poured ranch dressing powder over the second half. Mmmm. Ate so many yesterday that my tummy hurts today. :)

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
I followed others' suggestions, used 1 1/2 c milk, 1 can of soup, and baked them without the soup mixture. Totally yummy, if not a little bland, and my daughter's loving them at 19 months cause she won't eat anything not white in color lol. Kinda small but good, just make a side to go with them!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
Wow, I never review recipes, but I had to come back and give this one 5 stars. I literally made them and baked them all in under a half hour. I mixed and rolled while my dinner cooked, and then used my already heated oven to bake them. I have 3 different brands of sheet pans, and I get different results each time, except this one, they were a perfect golden brown on the bottom. I pulled them out when the top started to wrinkle and moved them to a rack 3 mins. later. We used a funfetti mix, and my toddler loves them so much she snuck into the kitchen and stole half a dozen off the rack and hid them so she'd have them later, lol. I did think they were too greasy before they cooked, there were oil puddles forming under the cookie, but they are great and easy!
