Chicken With Mushrooms

MY HUSBAND LOVES THIS.. MUST SAUTE THE MUSHROOMS WITH GARLIC IN BUTTER AND WHITE WINE. SERVE WITH MASHED OR TWICE BAKED POTATES.

Pumpkin Spiced Latte

i used two shots of espresso in each serving and i steamed my milk with the sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice (so it wasn't grainy) me and my husband really enjoyed it and next time i may add a touch of half and half and a little more sugar and spice. frothing it with a steamer is better then using a blender if you have one. i left out the whip too.. and just sprinkledthe spice on the foam.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I make this meal 2-4 times a month.. it's a great rotation meal! I always serve it with fresh rollls, mashed potates and i top the chicken and sauce with sauted mushrooms.. ppl call me a gourmet cook when i make this.. and the best part is, it's sooooo easy! me and my husband were never crazy about chicken cordon bleu till i found this recipe, now it's a favorite!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

My husband says he'll never eat wings out ever again. Hands down, the best wings we've ever had. I can't count how many times I've made these wings for company with homemade pizza. friends who don't normally eat wings, can't stop eating them.

New York Cheesecake III

This recipe never fails me! Everytime I bake it I get asked to make it for another occasion. And some people offer to pay me for one. I've lost count of how many i've made. It's so good with fresh strawberries on top! The changes I make: I use a graham cracker crust. I add vanilla extract. And I bake it in a waterbath.
