Amazing! I forgot to put the tortilla chips on, but this is probably my new favorite sandwich! Used regular bread. YUM!

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2010
Awesome. Never had perogies before. I halved the recipe and there were still left overs for two of us. I saute'd 1 1/2 onion (sliced) with 1 Tblsp minced garlic in 5 Tbls of butter. I then saute'd the perogies in the onion/butter mixture, then transferred all to a bowl. I tried them with sour cream, ketchup, & alfredo sauce, but over all I liked them plain (since they had butter and onions on them). My honey liked his with salsa and sour cream. Will make again for sure.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
I forgot to pick up crushed tomatoes, so instead I used a can of diced tomatoes with a can of stewed tomatoes. I added a whole pound of mozzarella and beef instead of 3/4 lb. By far the best lasagna I've ever had.

Awesome! Instead of mayonnaise, I used Miracle whip, and instead of pickles, I used 2 tsp of vinegar. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly, and it was great

E-A-G-L-E-S Swirl Sandwich

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Awesome! I made two of them for my honey and I, and we ate one and a half! Instead of American cheese, I used shredded cheddar. I also added extra onions and mushrooms. I was going to dip it in pizza sauce, but it was too amazing alone. Thanks for the recipe!

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2009
Phenominal! This was a major hit at our house. This is what I did. I used 2 lbs of potatoes, 1/3 of a small onion, 1 stick (8 Tblsp) butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 Tblsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of pepper. This had to cook for 55 minutes, and I stirred the potatoes about every 20 minutes.

Beef Burgundy III

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
Awesome. I used one whole package (I believe 12 oz of egg noodles, and I probably could've used more. I also doubled the sauce and I used red cooking wine. I cooked this in the crock pot on high for the first two hours, then on low for the last 3-4. I will definitely make again.

These were awesome! We used steak sandwich buns. I will definitely make again, but I think I will grill the sausages rather than pan fry next time.

Sweet and Sour Drumettes

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
This is by far my new favorite recipe! I used a 4 lb bag of chicken wings instead of drumettes. I put 1 1/4 cup of flour with a bit of paprika, garlic powder and salt in a large freezer bag. Then I put the chicken in the bag and shook it up really good. Kept in the bag, I set them in the fridge for a couple of hours to let the flour set. (note: I did not use an egg wash before coating). I doubled the sauce, but I boiled it for about 1/3 hour and then added about 1/4 cup of cornstarch to thicken it up. I deepfried these at 350 for a about 12 minutes. Once done, I put them in a glass 9x13, poured the sauce over the top and baked them for 1/3 hour. These were just amazing! So crispy and the flavor was out of this world!
