Macaroni And Cheese II

We love this recipe. I added some shredded Colby into the mix and on top. I also used whole milk, which made it extra creamy. We'll be making this again!

Bread Pudding I

This is a wonderful recipe. I ended up baking it for about 40-45 minutes, testing it every five minutes past the 30 minute mark. It puffed up and turned golden brown. Yum!

I made this recipe tonight after work and my family adored it. I have made BR casserole before and it came out very mushy, but this set up great. Only alteration I made was to use only 3 stalks of celery and used an 8 oz pkg of velveeta plus 8 oz of cheddar cheese. Wonderful recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

I loved the consistency of this, very moist. I, like others, added some chopped, pickled jalapenos. Since I baked mine in a 9X13 inch pan, it only went for about 35 minutes. Yum.

Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, and Leek Soup

This was absolutely fabulous. I used 2 percent milk instead of cream. My sweet potatoes must have been pretty big, because it turned out really thick. I think one could add more chicken stock if necessary. I'll be making this again.

Indian Chicken Curry II

Made this this afternoon and not only was it easy, but it made a delicious meal. I served it with currants, cranberry/apple chutney, and zucchini cornbread, all recipes from allrecipescom. This is definitely a dish I will make again.

Artichoke Cheese Dip

This dip has an elegant & delicious flavor. I only got to bake it for 20 minutes being crunched for time, but it was still good. I think I will double it next time and cut the mayo a bit.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

This salad tasted alright, but it does not appeal to the eye. I took it to a fellowship and someone thought it was potato salad. Even though I had it on the dessert table, people were still confused. I wouldn't make it again.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Buttermilk Salad

This was absolutely delicious. I couldn't find apricot gelatin, but the peach was really nice. This worked quite well for small greased molds so I imagine it would work well for a big mold. This one's a keeper.
