Spaghetti! We would have spaghetti once a week and we always looked forward to it. I took my mom's recipe and made it my own, so I still make it at least once a week.
My cooking triumphs
I make really good spaghetti sauce, as long as I don't try to hard...
My cooking tragedies
fried rice... i really messed up on it once. I salted the water a lot = salty rice, egg whites... with vanilla almond milk... And, I added hot dogs... Worst fried rice EVER! I had to throw it out! hahaha, never again, now I've learned the right way.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
How could anyone give this recipe 1 star?! haha, this turned out perfect! They are soooo chocolatey and the perfect texture, love them! I will definitely be making these again sometime!

Chicken Tikka Masala
This recipe turned out really good! The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it calls for way too much salt. I used about 1/4 of the amount and it was perfect! I also substituted a few things so it was non-dairy (1 cup soy ice cream for yogurt, and 1 cup soy creamer for heavy cream). I will be making this again! It has so much flavor and tastes almost exactly like the Chicken Tikka Masala from restaurants I've been too!

Roasted Beets and Sauteed Beet Greens
I love this recipe!! I bought beets for the first time at a farmers market and wanted a recipe that used the entire beet. I never make salads, but I want to make this one once a week. The beets are sweet and the greens are garlic-y and with the vinegar it all comes together really well!
