Kung Pao Chicken

My husband loved this and said it was the best thing I have ever made. That inspired me to write a review. It was also the spiciest thing I have ever made. I followed reviewers' advice and made more - about triple the recipe. Also I started with cooked (rotisserie) chicken. It was good but next time I won't triple the chile paste - I'd like the other flavors to come through more. I added carrots and red peppers at the beginning, ginger and mushrooms with the cooked chicken and some broccoli at the end (let it steam on top for the last 3 minutes).

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

An amazing recipe. I cooked this for a large dinner party and everyone ate them up! I didn't make any notable changes except that I wasn't able to baste every 20 minutes but it still tasted great. Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled or Fried Skirt Steak

Not that great, I'm sorry to say. The meat probably would have tasted as good with nothing on it. I got a large portion of meat to serve to my family and used this recipe on half of it and rubbed the other half of it with a parsley/pepper mixture. Everybody liked the parsley/pepper version better. The mustard seemed to overpower the already rich flavor of the meat.
