It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
Fabulous! Instead of real ground beef, I substituted black beans and Morning Star crumbles! It turned out just right. The only change I made was I added 1/4 cup extra chili powder. Thanks for the fab recipe!

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
Delightful! I used rotten bananas; I know...it sounds "icky." However, I find the flavor to be sweeter when the banana skin is 80% black and the inside has a few darkened spots. I suppose it's due to the production of oxides(oxidation-reduction). Whatever the cause, I'm happy it occurs and creates yummy goodies!

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2008
It was fantastic!!! I doubled the hot pepper paste. I would not recommend such things to someone who does not like spicy cuisine. Good luck with your version! :) It tastes even better the next day when the flavors have had the chance to mix.

WOW...my boyfriend loved these carrots! I served it with ginger chicken and french rolls. I cut the brown sugar in half, as recommended by several members. A "H-U-G-E T-H-A-N-K-S" to all those members who post their reviews!

Great recipe! I doubled the recipe and added 2 cups mashed bananas and 2 cups raisins... in addition to a dash of cinnamon! :) They turned out fantastic. I think the bananas added a bit of a fresh, sweet taste.

Cream Cheese Cut-Outs II

Just the right amount of "sweet!" I added a bit more flour than the recipe demanded. I used about 2 3/4cups of flour and it turned out splendid.

Wonderful recipe. I enjoy garlic, so I added 4 more cloves to the butter mixture. It was a smashing success with my guests. Side note: Fantastic with an Israeli salad.
