I thought this was a very good recipe. I used a rotisserie chicken for the meat and substituted fat-free half and half for the heavy cream. My daughter doesn't like mushrooms, so I used frozen petite peas instead. Thanks for the recipe.

Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

I put the oats in the blender first as other reviewers suggested and substituted skim milk for the soy and stevia for the sugar. I used sliced frozen strawberries, so it was hard to determine how many to add. I ended up having to add more milk because it was very thick. We thought it was very good. The oats give it a nice texture. We will make this again.

Quick and Easy Grilled Potatoes

These are really easy and delicious. I made the recipe as written, except that I added Penzey's Fox Point seasoning. You really do not need to put anything else on them. The whole family liked them (that never happens). This is how we are going to eat our potatoes during grilling season.

Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

I made this with 1/8 cup stevia instead of sugar and substituted olive oil for the vegetable oil. I also used Vidalia onion. It is sooo good. I will definitely make this again and again!

Blushing Cranberry Pears

Absolutely delicious. I served them warm as a dessert. Everyone including the kids liked them (except the husband who doesn't like pears). I had 2 left over that we ate cold, that were also very good. I can't decide if I like them better warm or cold. Will definitely make this again.

Chuck and Potato Bake

I added the onion soup mix and browned the roast before putting it in the oven as other reviewers suggested. It was delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. It was a little too much for my 9 x 13 pan. I'll put it in a larger dish next time. We will definitely make this again.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I've been making this recipe for over a year. It always gets rave reviews, expecially from people who think they don't like coleslaw. We call it "coleslaw for people who don't like coleslaw". I make it exactly as the recipe states, although sometimes I use the Splenda Sugar Blend in place of the sugar. It tastes the same either way. Thanks for the great recipe.
