This was my first time cooking lasagna and I was very impressed! I followed some other reviewers' suggestions and added spinach and 1 zucchini. Also, I only used half the package of lasagna noodles and that was more than enough!

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Good stuff! I have made it a couple times now. It is especially good if you put some relish on the sandwich. A great alternative to that fish in a can! I wonder how it would do in a faux tuna melt?

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I have to say...after reading all the great reviews about this...I was a little disappointed. I followed the directions exactly, but I found the recipe a little too bland and chunky. Although, the addition of some sour cream did help...

Savannah's Best Marinated Portobello Mushrooms

Really great recipe!! I tried it last night after having recently switched over to becoming a vegetarian (or more accurately a pescetarian), but it was fabulous! I cut it into strips and served it over salad! It was fabulous! A great substitute for steak! Will definitely cook again!
