I have 2 kids under 2! Anything that is quick and delicious is right up my alley. I love to cook and I love baking more. I've never met a cookie I can't make! I love to bake pies and cookies. As a child I made sugar cookie cutouts every year, now I'm passing the smae tradition on to my kids! I cooked a 12 person Thanksgiving Dinner alone while I was 8 months pregnant! A really bad, lopsided cake that my mother-n-law asked me to bake. She asked me to bake 2 cakes for her niece and nephews birthdays. The first one was wonderful, the second one was just a disaster. There was no time to bake another and she took them both. (bless her heart) I was and still am so embarrassed about that sideways cotton candy pink disaster!
