FANTASTIC! MOIST & LITE ! THE ONLY CHANGE I MADE WAS THAT I COOKED IT IN A CAST IRON SKILLET THAT I PREHEATED IN THE OVEN WITH BACON GREASE.

Roasted Garlic Flat Iron Steak

LOVED IT Extremely TENDER, no knife needed! The only thing I did different , I used meat tenderizer and a little bit of Italian dressing. I also added 2 more cloves of garlic, as I love garlic. Will become a regular at our house.

Fast and Easy Pancakes

This recipe was very good, as good as boxed pancakes, but they were too runny to turn when they should have been. Therefore they browned more than I prefer, so next time I will make them with less milk. K Pipkin

Pinka Butter Cookies

Loved these!! I only had 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter, so i added 1 large package sugar free chocolate pudding. And I had only regular sugar on hand.
