Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I NEVER write reviews, but, I had to for this one. I LOVE this recipe. I use to always use an Emeril's Garlic Shmeared whole roasted chicken recipe and I will never use it again because THIS ONE is THAT good. I decided to make it and my boyfriend came home from work and immediately asked what was cooking, the expression on his face when he saw it was priceless, he was excited. I don't follow the exact measurements, I just guess it. I always add about a teaspoon to a teaspoon and a half extra cayenne--because I like the skin a little spicier.
