I loved the honey glaze to put on the fish, it kind of reminded me of the crust on deep fried ice cream. Yum! I found the chipotle mayo to be quite hot so I added a little bit of sour cream and sugar. I also added some lime juice and milk, to thin it out, as I found it to be a little thick to mix with the cabbage. I had some wonderful cherry tomatoes that I quartered and added too. But other than that, it was pretty tasty. Instead of spreading some of the mayo mix on the tortilla, I put some sourcream and mango lime salsa instead. Tried it as a "po'boy" as well.
