Candied Kielbasa
I have a similar recipe that also adds a 1lb bag of sauerkraut. My recipe calls for the mixture to be cooked/sauteed in a pan for 20 minutes rather than in a crock pot. My family liked it fine but it definitely was VERY sweet. Reduce the brown sugar some. Enjoy!

Spiced Quinoa
A great side dish. Nice to try something different. I toasted the nuts then quickly processed them to more evenly distribute through the grains. Used vegetable broth in place of chicken. Delicious!

Pumpkin Crunch Parfaits
Made this for a holiday party. Doubled the recipe and layered it all into a big crystal bowl. Did add more spices than called for in the recipe. Delicious! Everyone really enjoyed this. It was gone in an instant.
