Cooked Fruit Salad Dressing

this is better than store bought fruit with syrup,because it has that little bit of tang to it.

Mint Tea Punch

I have made this and frozen it to use later. I have also heated this up for a drink on a cooler day, minus the lemon,orange slices.

I made this pie the other day, as I had some apples that needed to be used up. I didn't have parchment paper but I did have a paper bag, so I used it. I spritzed the bag with water at the beginning and mid way through the baking. This pie turned out great being nicely browned on the top and it tasted great as well. Thanks Cathy for a great recipe

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie

I made this last week. I didn't have enough fresh rhubarb so I used some frozen that I had. I aslo didn't have the sour cream, so used plain yogurt. This pie was great.I will make this again.
