Banana Crumb Muffins

Theses muffins were wonderful! Great way to use those over ripe bananas. I took the advice of some other reviews and added a teaspoon of vanilla and 3/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to the batter. I let the batter sit for 2 minutes before spooning into muffin tins lined with papers....then waited 2 more minutes after filling cups to put into helps them to rise better. They were moist and the topping was crunchy and delicious! My husband is a banana freak and he loved these muffins. Thanks for the recipe.
