Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
I tweaked the recipe a little here and there, but it turned out extremely delectable! I also used a coffee grinder and there is no residue at the bottom of my mug! MMM.

Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2009
I used the backbone of this recipe but my changes are as follows: chocolate grahams, one box of sugar free vanilla pudding, one box of sugar free cheesecake pudding, and lite cool whip. Absolutely decadent and delicious! I think next time I will dip the grahams in some espresso or strong coffee for a tiramisu effect. Delicious!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
I used 2 lbs of already seasoned jennie-o turkey burger patties (they were on sale this week, thus saving me about 3 dollars), smooshed them all together with the ingredients (less the garlic powder since they had some in them when purchased), and a bit of Worcestershire, refrigerated, and made 8 patties. Everyone thought they were amazing. Dare I say that I liked these more than beef?!

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2009
Perfection. I added a clove of garlic to my half batch of this recipe and am currently trying it with morningstar crumbles instead of ground beef! I tried a little and it's already tasty. I love my ground beef, but fake hamburger is so much healthier!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
Very good! I used full salt soy sauce and thought it was just fine, but then again I do love my salt! I had to substitute lemon juice for frozen limeade because my roommate threw my lemon juice out. Still great!

Cream Wafers

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
These are my favorite cookies! The recipe, like others have said, is from the old Betty Crocker "Cooky Book," and doesn't use any raw egg. Thus, that was my only omission! These are extremely obnoxious to make, but delectable little morsels. They're gorgeous too!

Lemon Berry Smoothie

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
This smoothie was everything I want in a smoothie: low-fat/cal., easy AND quick to make, and FULL of flavor! I made the recipe exactly as described but substituted the blueberry yogurt or Dannon's light and fit raspberry yogurt. The sugar-free lemonade drink mix really adds some zesty, refreshing goodness to the smoothie! I am planning on making one tomorrow morning! Yum!
