Lisa's Super Sangria

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
great! the only thing i didnt have was the pomegranite seeds. didnt have time to soak fruits overnight, just for a few hours. tasted somewhat like sparkling grapefruit punch. a "dry" cocktail for those who don't like it sugary sweet. took it to a barbecue on a hot day. it was perfectly refreshing. not everyone liked it but those of us who did absolutely loved it. This one is one of my faves.

i cannot rave enough how fabulously tasty these are!!! a little time intensive, (especially because i have to double/triple the recipe for family gatherings) but well worth it.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 5, 2010
wonderful! really, much better than the higher rated recipe i've been using off this site for a while. i absolutely love this recipe and it couldnt be any simpler to make. i've made it a couple of ways..and i prefer to mix cheddar with processed. othe than that, i think its perfect just the way it is...a perfect solution for me and my husband, i like baked he likes creamy. YUMMY thanks Mouse for sharing!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
This one was a winner. Really easy and delicious. Hubby loves "gummy" dumplings and this was exactly what he was looking for. I followed some reviewers recommendations to cut the dumplings down from two cans to one and I next time I'll follow the recipe and put the two cans, once they puffed up, the cooked down and I thought there werent enough. Definitely will be a next time for this one. I was expecting to have enough to eat on for a few days and the family ate the whole pot full in one night. Highly recommend this super easy slow cooker recipe!

Tender Pork Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
i thought it was ok but nobody else in my house liked this. and the smell really turned them off!! they didnt even want to try it. i cut the soy in half and still too salty. i liked the idea and maybe with quite a few changes it would be much better. but as is...i'm only giving it two stars because the meat is fall apart tender.
