I did a few things to this already great recipe. It is on my file as 8-can chicken tortilla soup. I used 2 cans chicken broth, 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup (not low fat), 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles (mild), 1 can of drained corn, and 1 can of rinsed and drained black beans. I grilled 2 chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, seasoning salt, and a spicy steak seasoning mix, and shredded them into the soup. I seasoned soup with salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and 2 envelopes sazon seasoning. This really helps to give flavor and color. Thanks for a real keeper.
