BBQ Sauce
I'm happy that I read the reviews first! I omitted the water until the end. I followed the recipe exactly and added onion powder, chipotle powder, fresh garlic, a little honey, worcestershire sauce and some black and red pepper. So basically it's a great jump off point that I plan on using all the time. You can make the base and then add what works for you. it's great. I simmered it on the stove a bit to bring out the flavors and used it immediately. YUM!

Valentine Night Strawberries
Ok, I have reviewed this item before but I just got so excited that I had to fill you in on my "follow up" dessert. So after filling 3 pints of strawberries for a party I realized I had a lot of delicious filling left over. I looked around and found the remaining graham crackers and decided to make "ice cream" sandwiches. I put the filling between two grahams and froze them, WOW. This was the hit of the night.

Pork Tacos
I found this recipe one night when I basically had nothing left in my fridge. I had a frozen pork chop and a few potatoes. I salted and peppered the chop and browned it on each side and then put it to the side and later pulled it apart. I shredded two potatoes and seasoned with salt, pepper, taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and some garlic powder. I cooked the potatoes with a quarter of a chopped onion for a few mins then threw the pork back in with a splash or two of beer. I then followed up with the water as the recipe stated and simmered away. I scooped it into a tortilla with some cheese, hot sauce, sour cream, and salsa and it was amazing!! What a great mid week fix!
