Made this and couldn't believe how delish this was. I made a couple of changes. One- be careful how long you boil the noodles. They cook FAST! the first batch I made was too soft. Two- I boiled the ginger with the broth. It gave it a great ginger taste. This is the first time I ever used ginger. Three- I doubled the Chili oil for flavor. I don't think it would have been as good without. The spice was perfect with a full teaspoon.

Broccoli Chicken Divan

This use to be my fav meal as a child. There are a few things that my mom did differently, however. She added curry to the cream of chicken and mayo and a splash of lemon juice. There were never bread crumbs but it is topped with cheese. YUM! The curry really adds that extra umph!

Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole

Make this your own!!! This is so versitle. I loved reading all your suggestions. I took some and added my own! I browned the hamburger with onions, garlic and red peppers. then I added corn, kidney beans, cream of mushroom soup and salsa. I made instant mashed potatoes(it wasn't enough, I should have made more) and put them on the bottom. I poured the meat mixture over the mashed potatoes and made bisquick biscuits to put on top. It is an interesting mix of flavors. The BF wasn't sure what he thought of it, and since he has decided that he likes it. I have passed the test! I truely feel like I created my own recipe! I was so proud of myself. It truely IS delish!!! YUMMY!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

This is the same recipe I use for my Kaluha Cake Recipe. Substitue Kaluha for water and It's YUMMY!!!! Even chocolate lovers love this cake! My boyfriend wants me to make this cake every week! :)I don't add chocolate chips, but I might try next time.

Sour Cream Cheese Casserole

I made this the first time and I was all stuffed up from a sinus infection. I was going to make BBQ chicken last night and my boyfriend insisted I make this recipe! It is SO tasty! Goes well over noodles! I never would have thought that cream cheese, sour cream and chicken would make a dish as delicious as this!
