We love this soup. I've always used ground turkey for the meatballs. I added zucchini & corn to mine. Just the best!

Cornbread Salad

I decided to make this because it was different and it had positive reviews. I was skeptacle while making it. It looked so appetizing and pretty when I finished it. I brought it to a perch fry and boy was it a hit! It was really delicious. I used fat free sour cream and light mayo and black beans. Several people asked for the recipe and it was a big success!

Cream Cheese Cookies I

I was confused by the reviewer who stated that the recipes was wrong using 3 oz. of cream cheese. I don't remember using that small amount in any other recipes. So, I used 6 oz, & that's all I changed. PERFECTO! Light, crisp, yet tender with no floury taste, just that nice cheese flavor. I think this will be a keeper with 6oz.

Party Cranberry Salad

I'd never tried a cranberry sald before for the Holidays. This is fabulous. I had several bags of fresh cranberries , so I cooked them into sauce and used them in this salad. It's really very, very good. You won't be disappointed.

Fresh California Salsa

Delicious salsa. I'll never buy store bought again. I can't wait every year for my own tomatoes to ripen just to make this. I even grow a pot of cilantro so I have it all summer.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

I love blueberry recipes and I made this last year for a 4th of July party we go to every year. The host remembered my cake all year long. They asked me to make this again. I made it in a bundt pan and decorated it with strawberries & blueberries and little flowers of whipped cream. It was a huge hit.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These are the "best" cut-outs I've ever made. I don't usually like cut-outs. But this dough was very smooth and as soon as you worked it a bit and had a floured surface, they rolled out beautifully. My husband doesn't care for frosting, but for Valentine's and Christmas, I have to get creative. They taste great too. I put in 1 1/2 tsp of almond extract instead of vanilla. Good job, J. Saunders!

Cauliflower-Cheese Soup

A truly wonderful soup. Recipe makes just enough so it doesn't take long to make. I added 1 chicken boullion to it for extra flavor. The best soup I've ever made. Thanks Jane.
