Caramel Apple Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
I am dairy intolerant and gluten intolerant so I needed to make a few adjustments but I am happy to report that this is a great recipe. I substituted soy "cream cheese" and made a gluten-free graham cracker crust. Did need to increase the baking time to 45min but it turned out spectacular! Thank you for sharing.

Be careful on the type of beer you use. Might be better without the beer.

Pesto Quinoa

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2013
I recently made this for a potluck at church. It was easy and very tasty. Though I must admit I did add more pesto but I like a lot of pesto flavor. Next time I might try to add some garlic grilled chicken added too as my husband doesn't always like to go meatless. Makes a great base recipe.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2011
Great and super easy. I used 8oz of cream cheese and didn't have any fresh parsley on hand so I used dried. I also added bacon and increased the shrimp to 3/4lb. YUM! Thanks for a super recipe!

Ham Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2011
I didn't have the pimentos or the fresh parsley. I did however add garlic in with the onion as I was worried about the lack of spices. It still was a little bland for my families tastes. They all agreed that it was good but could have used a little bit more. Will try next time with some more garlic, celery, and Parmesan cheese. Very quick and easy

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
I dredged the chops in flour before the egg mixture and then cooked on a rack pan. I also added a little garlic to the breading, definitely could have added more though. Had tons of breading and egg mixture leftover. Next time will cut both of those back.

Oven Fried Chicken III

Maybe I should have rated it 5 stars but I altered the recipe and used 1/2cup of Mayo mixed with 1/2c of milk. Everyone in the family loved it.

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2010
This is an awesome recipe and I thank you for sharing it with us. My only complaint is that the prep time is not 15min. more like 30min. It takes 15min just to fry up the bacon. And the cook time is a lot more than 10min, the actual recipe states 40min making the "ready in" not 25min. My family thought we were going to eat in 30min. Turned out we ate in hour. We did however enjoy the finished product. We have made this several times since and have found that it works out just as well as "crustless" as it does with the crust. Thanks again for sharing.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
This recipe was so easy. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs and put them in the crockpot while they were still frozen. Seasoned them with poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. I only used one can of biscuits and it was plenty. Right before putting the biscuits in I shredded the chicken. When I placed the biscuits in I made sure to push them into the soup mixture. They came out perfect after 90min.

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
I used ground turkey and added 3 cloves of garlic to it while it was browning. Then after draining the fat, I added 3/4c sliced mushrooms. Even the picky eater in our family who usually picks out the meat in the meatsauce ate it without complaints and even asked for seconds!! Amazing and easy! Made a lot too.
