Red Hot Applesauce Jell-O®

Thanks for the comments. This is not a Jell-O to be eaten on it's own. This is definitely a great complement to a ham, which is the only time I make this. My husband is not a big fan either, but I can't seem to eat ham without it anymore!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

I used the other recommendations and baked at 325 for 1 hr 10 min and they came out just right. I also used pecans instead for the nuts and used 1 cup for half the recipe, perfect! Will use this recipe over and over!

Fish on a Plank

FANTASTIC! This was a great recipe. I didn't have a cedar plank, but i cooked it on stove w/ a little butter and it turned out great. Be sure to make plenty of the salsa, cause it complements the fish so well!

Moon Cake

This is great! I get asked for this recipe every time I make it. I did make a few adjustments. I sometimes leave out the cream cheese because I have a hard time getting it to blend well. And instead of the chocolate syrup, I use that chocolate shell syrup stuff and I feel it turns out a little better.

Caribbean Zucchini Bread

The amount of nutmeg called for is WAY too overpowering. It kinda ruined the flavor of the bread for me, but I can tell it would be fabulous without it!

French Crepes

Loved this crepe batter recipe. It was a little on the sweet side, which I like, but I wouldn't mind cutting back a little on the sugar next time. Only thing I did different was adding a little bit of vanilla. Delish! (Correction, I misread the recipe and put in the wrong amount of sugar, next time, I will try the right amount! LOL)
