Great recipe!!! I made them without garlic. It makes alot of bread so i made half of them sweet by adding a sprinkle of cinn and sugar to them when i rolled them out and after cooking. There were a few people who say it crumbled. It seems that way at first but keep kneading, it will smooth out and come together nicely.

Bombay Chicken and Rice

Great dish and easy to throw together. Just use less water if you dont like mushy rice. Chicken has its own juices so there is no need for 2 cups of water. Try 1 1/2 cups of water or take the foil off 20 min before completion.

Lisa's Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cake

This is one of the best tasting chocolate cakes I have ever made..definitely the fastest. I usually don't like the taste of box mixes but with all the additions it you cant tell its a box at all. Next time I will sub the oil for applesauce and light sour cream to make it a little healthier. If you like light moist cakes this is the one for you!

Bran Flakes Muffins with Raisins

The taste of the muffin was very good. I gave it 4 stars and not five becuase they came out a little "tough". I am not sure if it was me or the recipe. Also, it made 6 muffins fit for an adult not 12 tiny baby muffins.

Stir-Fried Chicken With Pineapple and Peppers

This is a great recipe. I used boneless chicken thighs instead of the breast. The fresh ginger was a really nice touch. I would only suggest you double the recipe for the sauce...not the pineapple, just the ingredients for the sauce.

Coconut Cake IV

This cake was FULL of coconut flavor. It was very ,moist and all of my guests loved it. The only problem I had was that I cooked it in a rectangle pyrex dish. IT looked light and fluffy when i took it our of the oven, but fell shortly after. I am not sure what the problem was, but I will try the cake again in a bunt pan. All in all the taste was great, just what I was looking for in a coconut cake.
