not bad, but traditional sushi rice should have a bit of salt in it. the correct method is to add about 1 tsp salt per three cups of rice, you dissolve the salt with the sugar in the vinegar, so for one cup rice, it would be about 1/3 tsp salt. otherwise, this would be perfect.

Very delicious. boiling them really gives them a good texture so dont skip that part! the only thing i would suggest is lightly greasing the baking pan before putting on the pretzels, because they will require a bit of coaxing to get off the pan after baking if you dont.

This pie tastes good but it really is quite runny, while it was baking, the juices from the pie poured down in a steady stream onto the pan that i thankfully had under it, but after allowing the pie to cool down, the juices set and it gets less runny. i would still add more flour. i wont make this again, ill try a different recipe next time

Not as good as I thought it would be. Would be MUCH better if chicken was marinated in salt and pepper overnight before cooking, much too bland. also the dumpling instructions need to be more specific. way too doughy and like biting into hard lumps.

Quite good. the pork hocks came out very tender and the gravy in the pan was perfectly flavoured. the beer is unnecessary as i substituted water with a teaspoon of salt dissolved to sprinkle it with and it turned out fine. i just might suggest as well to add the veggies maybe during the last 1/2 hour or so of boiling since they came out too mushy by the time it was done.

Im sorry, but this was just ok. it lacked any flavour whatsoever. maybe better fried up but not boiled. they are like a glob of flavourless mush. this was my first time trying potato dumplings, so maybe i just dont care for them in general

followed it exactly but turned out much too bland.

good recipe, roast turned out flavorful and tender just make sure you watch it, i left mine on the stove too long and all the drippings evaporated, and bottom was bit burnt...no drippings left for the gravy! :(

Okay recipe. It definately tastes healthy and fresh but I wouldn't say its spectacular. You would like it if you like tangy raw tastes.

This was not very good at all. I made sure to cook it on a dry pan, until it was golden brown on both sides, but it just tasted raw and floury. The raw taste of it really turned me off and my bf who normally loves these types of flatbreads only ate a small piece and left the rest.

GREAT recipe! Great taste and texture like an authentic bagel. Chewy and scrumptious! you have to try this if you like chewy authentic bagels, way better than some of those bagels at stores that are just a rounded piece of bread with a hole in the middle. Now these are Bagels!

My picky shih tzu gobbled these up. I made another treat for her before which she wouldnt touch, but to my surprise, she really enjoyed these and was willing to eat them. i added double the pumpkin. the only thing is they came out a little hard, but maybe she likes them that way. i kept them in a sealed container and once my bf opened it, not knowing they were dog treats and said they smelled really good, he was tempted to eat one, i said...they're dog treats....hahaha

ive been making sushi for a while now and this is a very good version, i used my own sushi rice recipe, which has more vinegar which i prefer but used all the ingredients in the recipe...great combination of ingredients...i felt like i was at a japanese restaurant while being seduced by every bite as i ate it with my eyes closed mmm...yes it was that good...the smoked salmon is amazing in this recipe..make sure to use the raw kind, or else it wont be the same

very delicious and creamy I omitted the nutmeg and it was still fantastic! I used it for pasta. easy, simple and a great basic recipe to keep on hand.

the chicken was soooo juicy and tender with a crispy delicious skin and the potatoes were perfectly done i substituted vinegar for the lemon juice and it was still great probably one of the best chicken recipes i have ever made i hardly ever give recipes 5 stars but i can't see any improvements needed on this one i just made it for the second time and am still revelling in the yumminess of it all...mmm mmm

Very delicious! i use this as marinade for salmon, or thin sliced beef with some stir fry veggies and calrose rice, and heat it up and drizzle it over. Tastes like Edo Japan! i find it is better without the minced garlic though.

These are good and pretty much foolproof. My bf said they are one of the best things he has ever tasted!! well i didnt think they were THAT good, but he and i do have different tastes. he said that it was because they have all three of his faves in one: cheese, jalapenos and bacon! lol..well, since he gave it such rave reviews, ill definately copy this onto my personal recipes collection for the future

Very delicious and authentic tasting. It tastes like the food that my bf's indian family serve when we go to their house. At first i thought that putting in a whole bulb of garlic was too much, but it really isn't, i guess simmering it all for one hour mellows out the taste. I minced the garlic in an electric chopper, which was a really good idea i think so you don't bite into little bits of garlic, it just melds into the sauce. Also, I followed other reviewers' tips to add only half the tomato sauce, the flavor was just right. Also before serving, i adjusted the taste, adding one tsp salt with the garam masala.
