To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
This is such a great recipe! My daughter doesn't like the crumb topping, and they are still delicious without it. It is also a good base for other berry muffins. I make these at least once a month! Thank you for the recipe!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
I made this exactly to the recipe. It was sooooo good! I used a spring-form pan. I also used a boxed brownie mix for the crust, cooking it before adding the cheesecake on top and cooking again. I also cooked it in a water bath and left it in the oven to cool. No cracks. It did get a little brown on top but it tasted fine and I put a chocolate ganache over the top. Everyone who tasted it raved! I will definitely be making this again! Thanks!!!

Heavenly White Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2011
This recipe was great for what I needed it for. It is very dense so it was easy to carve into a shape for a cake. It was very yummy and moist too though. A little heavy on the almond flavor for my taste so next time I will decrease that, but other than that it was a great tasting and easy to make recipe! I will be making this again!

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2010
I have made these twice; once for practice and then for an anniversary party. Everyone that tried them loved them! I followed the recipe exactly but served with vanilla ice cream. They were a huge hit! A few weeks later my husband and I had a chocolate lava cake at a restaurant and we both agreed that this homemade version is way better! I will definitely making these again!!

Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
I loved this dip. I made it yesterday for the superbowl and my husband and I just loved it! I followed others' advice and added 1 1/2 T lemon juice and 1 cup cool whip. Eating it with bananas, tasted like banana cream pie! Sooo Good!! A couple people at the party said they though it was a little too sour, so I guess it just depends on your taste. I also served it with strawberries, grapes, pineapple, and apple. Delicious all the way around!!!

Pumpkin Cookies II

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
These are delicious! I made them for thanksgiving "cookies of the month" and they were gone in a day! I followed the recipe pretty close. The only changes I made were adding walnuts and eliminating the cloves, and they came out amazing. The dough is a little greasy, but don't worry. The cookies come out fluffy and moist. Thanks for the recipe! These are now a staple dessert in my house. My husband called them little handheld pumpkin pies (which is a huge compliment!) so thanks!

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2010
I love brownies, and these are awesome! I doubled the recipe and used a 13 x 9 pan. I also added just a tough more cocoa. Obviously the larger pan had to cook a little longer but oh wow! They were delicious! Not really fudgelike or cakelike, but somewhere in the middle. I will never buy boxed brownie mixes again. These are way easy and super yummy! Thanks!

Cornmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
I made these for a cookie of the month club Christmas present. I made them in January and they were perfect after a month of sweets. The texture was very good and they were not too sweet but really good with a cup of coffee or hot tea. They were gone in no time!! My only issue was that they stuck to the cookie sheet and were hard to get off without breaking. Overall, very good cookie to keep in your recipe box!

Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2009
I really liked this recipe. I followed it exactly and even though the sauce looks a little thin, it thickens when you put the chicken back in. I used a pinot Grigio for the wine and it was delicious! I have a very picky family and they ate it up! I will definitely be making this again.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2009
I have made this cake a few times now and everytime, it is delicous! I follow the recipe exactly, I am not very inventive. However, I did use vanilla frosting on it once simply because it was all I had, and it tastes just like biting into an Oreo cookie. Now, this is the cake that my husband requests at all events! I have to say that it is the best on the first day though. Almost as though it looses the moisture over time. Even still, it is very good and so easy to make.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2009
WOW!!! I don't normally like snicker doodles, but they were for a cookie gift, so I tried one. I ended up making a double batch so that we could keep some. I have tried her Peanut Butter cookies also and they too were outstanding! I didn't make any variations, just definitely take them out after 8 minutes and leave them on the cookie sheet for an extra minute. Sooooo good!

Cake Mix Cookies VIII

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
I made these cookies using Duncan Hines devils food mix. I took the advice of other reviews and aded the oil and vanilla. My oven was at 350, but I had to cook them for 13 min or more and even then couldn't get them off the Pampered Chef baking stone because they were underdone. They taste good, but I think the oil made them too moist. Next time, if there is a next time, I will follow the original recipe. Hopefully they will turn out much better.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
This is the best Cheesecake ever! I modified it a little just because we don't like cloves so I left those out but I kept everything else the same and it was delicious! It gets better as it sits too. It was at it's best on the third day! Definitely going to make this again!

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
I love this recipe! I made it just as the directions said to only I added about 2 cups of Reese's peanut butter chips. The cookies were so moist and chewy! Usually I don't care for peanut butter cookies but I made these for a bake sale and was very disappointed that we completely sold out! I will definitely be making these again and again!
