No Bake Sugar Free Strawberry Cheesecake
Absolutely delicious! I doubled the recipe (family was coming to dinner). No one guessed that there was no "added" sugar in the pie. I did not change any of the ingredients, but assembled it a little different - Once the cream cheeze & milk & spices & pudding were mixed I added the sliced strawberries to the mixture and then added to piecrust of graham crackers. This is really a nice treat and a very tasty one! Thank you for the recipe - this is a keeper according to my husband (and me!).

Tortilla Soup II
Since I retired a couple of years ago I have had to "re-learn" to cook and this soup certainly helped! Husband loved it...one secret he doesn't know - I used a tbsp of plain yogurt on the top of the soup rather than the usualy sour cream and he said the "sour cream" was really good "this time". It was all I could do to laugh - I haven't been able to get him to eat plain yogurt - thank you! I did add some black beans and a little corn. It was delicious!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
Made this night before last and my husband can't stay out of the refrigerator!! I used crushed pineapple (3 cans - which provides exactly 1 1/3 cups of juice for the cake mix). Added a bunch of cherried scattered in the crushed pineapple - used a cast-iron skillet, 12 inch. I don't even think my old (33 years) husband would share this with ANYONE!!! Loved the recipe...it's a hit!
