Love this! I always use non fat sour cream and low fat cottage cheese to cut down on the richness some. Add whatever seasonings you are in the mood for...this weekend I doubled the recipe and made two batches. The first in a 9x13 with a mixture of seasoned pepper, garlic salt, cajun seasoning, and a pinch of cayenne mixed into the bread crumb mixture. The second, no breadcrumbs and extra creamy (eyeball the milk...you won't go wrong) to make a velveeta like consistency for the kids. Next time I will add curry, chicken, and a green veggie...yum!
