Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Always a great recipe, Sometime i butterfly my chicken breasts if i get some big ones, it's easier than pounding them out.

Very good, and an easy to make veggie side casserole. I left out the sugar (healthier and just not necessary to add). I once forgot to add the cheese and it still turned out good - plus less fat! perfect recipe, so easy.

Sausage Cheese Balls

Very good! tried to find a dip/sauce to go along with it and just used spaghetti sauce and added oregano and basil. Perfect! Easy to make. Also used half pork sausage and half venison. Turned out with little to no grease and everyone loved it!

Mexican Rice III

The rice had the right flavor of mexican rice. I used Minute Rice and it turned out just fine. However mine turned out way too salty so i would leave that out next time. Chicken stock and Chicken bullion tends to have lots of sodium. good recipe, easy to make

Orange Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Too much sauce, I used about half. All was very good. Might add some more spice next time, the flavor wasn't as I expected.

Chicken and Artichoke Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes

We added some marinara and alfredo sauce and also mushrooms and onions (on half). Next time we'll just put a light layer of Alfredo. Otherwise it was excellent.
