I am 21 years young, and I do love to cook. I have been cooking a lot more recently than I ever have before. I love to cook for my family and friends. My goal is to become a very good chef in my own kitchen! :) Italian, pastas, chicken dishes, desserts, fish dishes, asian...I will cook anything though and am up to new ideas and creations... Unfortunately, I come from a rather small family. They do cook but not all the time...My mom is famous for her Lasagna. :) It was my grandfathers 65th birthday and I made him homeade ( completely all from scratch )Angel Hair alfredo with Shrimp, Garlic bread, Snap peas, and Banana Cream Pie :) I just need to cook more....that's the tragedy.
