i give these 3 1/2 stars, they are really hard to form but the taste is excellent! It almost tastes like a hard crepe, although I added about half the sugar the recipe called for and it was sweet enough

Cream Puffs

They were a bit short and definitely needed some vanilla but very good my first time ever making cream puffs and it was an success!! I was very skeptical about making them though I didn't really know why but my dough didn't form a ball so i just winged it and it was yummy!

Thick Chocolate Pudding

I give this 3 and a half, personally it was to bitter and not sweet enough for me and it overflowed in the microwave and I didn't double it, but its easy clean up so no biggy! I added some more sugar and it was alright i hope it tastes good in the cream puffs Im making!!

Gorgonzola Sauce

This is good but it needs some work, I added about three cloves of fresh minced garlic and I added about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese also I scratched the idea of nutmeg, I served it over filet mignon and it was delicious!!!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These were really good I do recommend adding a splash of vanilla, but these overall were better then any mix pancake I ever had! We added some blueberries to ours though!

Grandma Johnson's Scones

oh my gosh so GOOD!! best scones i have ever made. i cut the recipe in half and used the other half of the egg for a very light egg was which i stuck slivered almonds to my cranberry orange scones! but i spent a while cutting the butter into the flour but it makes all the difference and i used room temperature butter.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

i was very dissapointed i made 1 batch and used up almost all my flower. now i have to start all over with better homes and gardens recipe!! ahh its getting late and i have to make 40 cookies for my friends for an early v-day!! these were very heavy and cakey the taste was alright but no way am i giving them to my friends!

No Bake Cheesecake I

this is more like a cheesecake pie but very good! I didn't have pecan sandies so i added some pecans to the crust, and served with blueberry sauce. I give this 4 stars. I just made this again tonight for my grandmas birthday oh my sooo goooood! i shaved dark chocolate,put it in the mixture and on top and covered with fresh rasperries! now its 5 star

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This recipe is great but needds some adjustments for starters don't use a full 1/4 cup of flour unless you like it cakey i used around 3tbls. also i only used 3 eggs it also isnt as fattening if you use 3. use at least double the butter that is suggested or else the crust falls apart,add a little bit of cinnamon or chopped nuts to crust it gives it a lot of flavor or else its really blan. Thanks so much for the recipe!
